  • Minimum Size Requirements: Properties with a GLA of at least 10,000 square feet; ideal properties around 100,000 square feet of GLA.
  • Acquisition Price Range: Seeking properties priced between $1M and $50M.
  • Partnership with Brokers: Brokers are protected and considered team members, involved in acquisitions, leasing, and sales.
  • Submission Details for Consideration: Including maps, pricing, ownership, zoning, and engineering information for land; and site plans, rent rolls, and financials for existing buildings.
